Ryans tax cuts for the wealthy are covered by unspecified cuts in domestic spending. A) We know those cuts will be aimed at the poor and education. B) Even slashing domestic spending won't balance the budget, and the tax cuts will make it worse. The Ryan budget isn't a plan to make govt more efficient... its a plan to eliminate govt. A Norquist wetdream.
