Brilliant morning sky alert

Take a minute and check out the Moon directly next to Jupiter, with the constellation Orion right below (recognizable by his belt, three stars in a line). The Pleiades (also known as "The Seven Sisters&quot look like a sprinkling of salt above and to the right. See the Sept. 8 position in the diagram below:
