How recent did Cheney say that Obama doesn't read his security briefs?

I'd be on the lookout for a statement from the Republican Party that Obama wouldn't know this was going to happen because he doesn't read those briefs.

But then again, I've already established that I don't trust them so I have my tin-foil sombrero on.

The White House says Obama READS the PDB every damn day, including reading it BEFORE he is given the oral briefing. The Republican Party meme don't hunt, not then, not now.
