NON felons with a criminal record CAN use a copy of their mug shot for Government issued ID!
It is government photo ID. Depending on the issuing office, it could even include a finger print.
Omaha mug shots are only $1. They should staple their receipt to it. Kick this to get the word out. I haven't read this info anywhere else.
