Even when you multiply by three to extrapolate for NINE years for prez Obama (being lazy), you get 1020 to 234.

Going back to reagan, republicans don't put in the work, they work short hours and take full advantage of the perqs of office while in office. None of them have ever worked an honest day in their lives and they view those that do as suckers to be taken for all they can get.

I don't think he came out for anything but signing TARP and flying off to Texas in a helicopter and leaving us with his mess!

We easily forget he spent the day flying around Oklahoma and Nebraska while Dick Cheney ran the show.

If not on vacation, he's working? I'm not sure what they consider weekend days.

as Republicans demonstrate repeatedly with their vast cabal of "leaders" who are tax dodgers, draft dodgers, and work shirkers like George AWOL Bush (R).

No wonder people no longer respect Republicans. They really haven't earned any respect at all.

Can't get behind on a job like that or you never catch up. So what if Bin Laden was determined to strike in the US.

I don't see how that is posible.

There are only2,922 days in 8 years. So he took vacation on over 1/3 of them? That does not seem possible.

Also, is a President expected to work 7 days a week instead of just 5 days like much of the rest of American workers? If only 5 days a week, then there are only 2090 work days in 8 years, and then subtract 80 holidays and there are only 2010.

Meaning Bush took half his term off.

When Bush went on a long vacation in August 2001, I quopped, "Well, since everything he does is evil, the more time he takes off the better. Take the next three and a half years off, George."

Cheney probably sent him away because it was easier to get "things" done without Bush underfoot.
