Ahmadinejad's Days Are Numbered As President Of Iran.........

His second presidency term ends on August 3, 2013. He is not eligible to run for another term under the current Iranian constitution. Wikipedia says " His election to a second term in 2009 was widely disputed and caused widespread protests domestically....."

What are the chances that the Iranian People come to their senses and elect a decent, sensible president next time around that would work with President Obama to come up with a diplomatic solution?

the Government is controlled by Ali Khamenei and the other Ayatollahs. They tell Ahmadinejad what to do and if for some reason he rebels, they disappear him and "elect" some other yes man.

The massive protest movement in Iran just a couple of years ago -- did that go down the memory hole? Ahmadinejad's "reelection" was accomplished by simply not counting the votes. If they had been counted, he would have been massively defeated.

So that happened. And the mullahs will decide who gets to run in the next election. One needs to look at the realities of Iran's political system before speculating on what "the Iranian people" will decide. They won't be able to make a decision.

as long as it remains a theocracy led by unelected theocrats, the country will not change.

If so his successor will blab the same hot air.

Given that the nutbag religulous mooks have to "approve" candidates and then rig the elections, as they did with Ahmadinejad's re-election, quite low.
