The Romney "facts" that he will use in the debate?

I suspect the President will use most of the Clinton "facts" to rebut much of what Romney will say? Those were the "facts" that President Clinton brought up in his speech at the Convention.

As President Clinton said, no one could have fixed the mess that was left this President in just 4 years. That is the point that President Obama needs to make from the start.

If Romney brings up the killing of our Ambassador in Benghazi Libya and accuses the President and the Administration of covering up the facts, then he may open himself up to the fact that he was seen as jumping the gun and political opportunism with his criticism when it first occurred. Romney will be aggressive, just as he was against Perry and Gingrich in the primaries.

Of course, he will remind folks that the President has had deficits of over $1 trillion per year every year of his Administration and that is a debt that we cannot afford. He will also remind people that the President said the stimulus would keep the unemployment rate from going above 8%. The President will need to put that into the proper perspective or Romney will score points with his argument.

Romney will argue that he is the one to break the gridlock in Washington. He will argue that the President is prepared to put a large "tax increase" on everyone, including small business, unless the "fiscal cliff" is addressed.

Romney will be prepared to make several more points and he will be well-prepared.

Of course, the President should have little difficulty handling the aggressive millionaire...

What Clinton gave were FACTS, full stop and to use quotation marks as you did in your OP is.....interesting, to say the least.

The "fact" that President said the stimulus would not go above 8%...He never actually said that. Granted one of advisers did, but she left the Administration soon thereafter. I put it in quotation marks because sometimes Romney's "facts" are not really facts.

Clinton's points and Romney's lies, it reads as if you are saying they are both lying, that they are equal in their "facts" where we know that is untrue. Clinton cited facts, Romney cited "facts".

Both sides believe their "facts" are the facts. It is up to each side to persuade the voters that their "facts" are the real facts. Got it?
