All too often we, myself included for sure, are very quick to fire off an e-mail when we don't like something but too seldom fire one off showing appreciation and acknowledgement of good things.

She has Downs and was elected homecoming queen. Personally I don't really like the guy but I congratulated him and he beamed with pride.
