I was more like a 90 minute rant by a nervous twitchy man who appeared to be on speed being watched by two other men who both looked uncomfortable to even be there.
Obama didn't say anything that convinced me to vote for him. In fact he really didn't say very much at all. And his opponent said a lot of things that convinced me NOT to vote for him. And the "moderator" completely lost control of the proceedings.
So what has changed? Nothing as far as I'm concerned. I was going to vote for Obama before the debate, I still intend to do so.
I don't think Obama's passivity cost him many votes. I do think Romney may have lost some just by the scary crazy way he acted.
And once the members of the liberal media realize that there was no debate, they'll start talking about other things, like actual policies.

This ruthless CEO-type SOB thinks he's addressing the remaining staff of some faltering company just before he fires everyone in the room.

(15,953 posts)For the next debate I would like to see Jesse Ventura be the moderator. And I would have both candidates hooked up to tasers that would be triggered by the sound of their voice speaking outside of their allotted time.

(16,064 posts)but to the low information voters (those few who claim to not have made up their minds) Obama looked like the weaker candidate.
If this continues it could be a problem in November.
