Fund second stimulus check by overturning Trump tax cuts, Rashida Tlaib says

Democratic Rep. Rashida Tliab has made calls for a second stimulus check to be funded by the reversal of tax cuts president Donald Trump pushed through during his time in office.

She tweeted late on Tuesday night: "I am being told that including another stimulus check is too expensive.

"Fine. Tax the rich and pay for it. Billionaires added $931 billion to their net worth during the padmemic. They can afford it."

"They got a $1.7 trillion tax cut. We can start there," she concluded.

Make them retroactive, and stimulate the economy , and help some from a financial catastrophic, and from starving. And this would help people stay isolated preventing spread until a vaccine is given to a large number of Americans. Other countries succeeded doing this, trump and republicans refused to do this.

Also, we need to get something before the 26th of December or 12 million people will off of unemployment...left to starve and freeze to death. Probably more than 12 million.

Getting it through the House would be near impossible as well.

In a world where as few as five reluctant Democrats can kill a bill... significant tax increases aren't an option. This is particularly true when those Democrats know that they would be "held accountable" for the vote and then it still wouldn't get anywhere in the Senate.

Rep. Tlaib's proposal or the statement by the Senate Majority Leader in Pennsylvania that her house would get bombed if she didn't work to help Trump overturn the election result?

Hint: One story affects the personal wealth of insanely rich people, while the other story attacks the foundations of our system of government.
