Last night we saw the real Romney. What we saw was a hoodlum who has made his vast riches by slight of hand. I lost my rent money to such a person once. I was naive enough to think he was playing fair.
What we also saw was the ultimate bait and switch. A Morphing Mitt. A Rubber Romney.
We also saw Jim Leher as a very good example of our neutered Fourth Estate. The once noble profession that kept Rubber Romney types on their toes, now enabling them via their silence. If that audience hadn't been artificially quieted, there would have been boos. Very important booing too.
Romney the Rubber Morphing slight of hand vulture capitalist showed his true colors. He says one thing, and does another. That's a dangerous man, especially as president.
I think the question is, why would voters take a risk with Romney when Obama is already succeeding as a solid president?
