Conflating Operation Warp Speed, and credit to himself, with development of the Pfizer vaccine (Pfizer received no vaccine development funds from the US AFAIK; Warp Speed provided funds to Pfizer only for mass production and distribution of the vaccine after it was developed). Or, so I understand it...

it was developed by the German company BioNTech and they partnered with Pfizer to do vaccine trials in US as they conducted the vaccine trials in Germany and for Pfizer to help produce and market the vaccine. Operation Warp Speed, Donald Trump and the US Government had nothing to do with its discovery and invention. That's a German product.

Pfizer received only later after it was announced, funding to help speed up production.

And not to be forgotten: Trump's failed COVID response failed to order enough vaccine when asked if the US wanted to double their order. So the US doesn't have enough and those produced vaccines were bought by other countries for their use.
