(21,718 posts)i actually thought of this as soon as i started reading the OP and was going to post that "someone on DU wrote how all unwanted pregnancies are caused by men", and lo and behold you have it right here!
Thanks!

Either way ... there's going to be some level of baby making involved. The only way to avoid pregnancy is "don't".

(6,701 posts)I never said anything about not using condoms or pushing "abstinence only". You made that leap yourself. I think perhaps you missed my point ... or I didn't type the exact right words for you to understand my point ... I think we actually agree.
You are correct - Condoms are the best tool men have to lower the risk of creating a child if they are going to engage. I am also correct, failure happens. It isn't 100%. Men need to understand lowering the risk is great, but it isn't 100%. Choose wisely.

(21,718 posts)as rethugs around the nation pass laws demanding to know if a woman who even had a legitimate miscarriage do EVERYTHING in her power to stop it, and threaten to even charge them with murder...
are any bill proposed to sanction the male orgasm?
Are men anywhere ever questioned as to why they did not wear a condom? or orgasm in a place other than her vagina?
are any laws being proposed that would hold a man legally responsible for having an orgasm inside a woman without understanding beforehand that she may want an abortion if she becomes pregnant?

(21,840 posts)WANT TO STOP ABORTION?
Then stop it at the source.
Vasectomies are reversible.
Make every young man have one.
When hes deemed financially and emotionally fit to be a father, it will be reversed.
Oh, wait a second.
Whats that?
Did the idea of regulating a mans body make you uncomfortable?
Then shut the fuck up and mind your own fucking business.

(6,242 posts)Require the person getting the drug to go to the Doctor's office to pick it up.
Treat it like Oxycodone or Codeine.
Limit the number of pharmacies in a county or state (see abortion laws for equality) to one that can dispense the drug.
Not covered by insurance. Out of pocket only.
The wife must be notified by the pharmacy EACH time the drug is dispensed.
NO INTERNET SALES.
Possessing the drug without a prescription would be a felony. Requiring public notice and jail time.

(89 posts)Or even in a downloadable form? If so, I want a few copies.
Maybe hardier souls than I could even distribute copies to every person participating in an anti-abortion protest. Particularly the men there.
