Mr. Clooney.

But then there are some here who are beating their meat to Jill Stein, as though she would have fared better against Boner, McConnell, et al. How laughable.

Sorry to be so base. Just trying to make a point.

and stability back to our country. We need him to save us from the lousy con-men who only want to embezzle and dismantle. They have proven themselves to be carpetbaggers. They swoop in after they have caused your ruin and steal all you have toiled for.

Ask the Romney supporters to step back from the words Romney and FOX tell you and prove you wrong.

It can be done!

is I was answering the post because it sounded like they thought this was a current quote from Clooney, which it clearly isn't. I think it may have even been last year or even older than that when he said this.

I could give you advice, but that advice would get my post deleted. I will simply say that Romney will damage SS if elected, even with democrats in Congress restraining him. If Romney is elected and gets a republican majority in Congress, SS as we know it is dead, along with a lot of other programs that have made this nation great.

& the "Harry Belafontes", "Tavis Smileys", "Cornell Wests" of the left.

& all of those Democrats and Liberals that aren't willing just look the other way when our side happens to fuck up.

So sorry George thinks we peed in his Wheaties. He'll get over it. Besides, we're still going to vote for the President.

Voted for Obama last Thursday. I'm sticking by and sticking up when push comes to shove - that's what the Clooney quote is about. And that's what's important, no? Lots of folks on DU have criticized Obama on on this or that issue - and that's what Gibbers et al were referring to. And you know, Gibbers can still kiss my ass and I have no use for Rahm Emmanuel.

But at election time, we get to choose between Obama's frankly remarkable overall record, and "Robosigner for Grover Norquist" and chief national job outsourcer Mitt Romney. I picked Obama. So beat me up all you want.

And I'll say it again: Robert Gibbs can kiss my ass.

Love,

Professional Leftist

Sun Oct 21, 2012, 09:32 PM

They have spent the last 4 years with their primary focus to make Obama look like a failure.
Every issue in the country was blocked specifically to hurt Obama.
The worse off the country was the more they liked it.

Obama didn't fail.
He accomplished an amazing amount of things against unbelievable odds.

Yes there are many issues that weren't resolved but that was squarely the fault of the GOP using laws of our government to deliberately prevent them from being resolved.
The Constitution gave us a system where this could be done and it's beyond the powers of any president to override it.

It had nothing to do with Obama's lack of ability.
It's the Republicans feeding you pure propaganda and you eating it up with a spoon.
