Haughton is a name in the US, for African-Americans, as well. It is not solely a name found in Jamaica.

It's not a rare name. Even the late singer, Aaliyah had the surname Haughton.

I assumed he was Jamaican just looking at his face...googled his name and "jamaican", and sure enough. This is an awful story.
