If he doesn't have that, then he probably doesn't have $5 million bucks either.

He has lots of deeds and lots of mortgages, but I bet his net worth is negative. And if Trump does have a positive net worth today, that is only because of the real estate recovery that Obama has brought on the past 3 years.

That's what someone should ask for. It's all tax deductible so there may just be someone out there willing to do it.

I assumed it was implied the 10 million for his tax returns would also go to charity. My mistake for not being more clear.

...remember one of the conditions he stated is : "to my satisfaction"...

...but he was not satisfied even with the long-form birth certificate (as evidenced when he said "I am very proud to have caused him to release his long-form birth certificate, or whatever that was&quot ...

He's a fraud and we all know it. No reason to have any counter-offer which would just serve to validate his request.
