Al Gore's Current TV to evaluate 'buyout' offers

http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2012/10/26/al-gores-current-tv-evaluating-buyout-offers/

Al Gore’s progressive talk station Current may soon be sold off, a report said Friday.

“Current has been approached many times by media companies interested in acquiring our company,” Current CEO Joel Hyatt reportedly told The New York Post. “This year alone, we have had three inquiries. As a consequence, we thought it might be useful to engage expertise to help us evaluate our strategic options.”

the ONLY thing I can watch in the morning is Bill Press and Stephanie Miller

Now I could agree if MSNBC acquired them and they took off that shitstain Joe Scar and his imbecilic side kick that would be a real plus

I listened this a.m. to Stephanie Miller and she said the story is false.
It was published in the NY Post, a Murdoch rag.

Current TV is considering putting itself up for sale, or entering into a partnership with another company, a spokesperson at the independent and politically progressive cable company told TPM Friday.

While nothing is formal yet, Laura Nelson, Current’s senior vice president for communications, said, “We’re exploring strategic options, including sale, also including partnerships or straight investment.”

or a false presentation of both republican and democrats because that will definitely destroyed what they've accomplish this short time and will take out another place of solace for some. There are democratic groups out there that I'm sure has the same vision as Al Gore does.
