it may dampen the spirits of a few of the gamblers on Wall Street. And that is a good thing. It's their ocean-view summer houses that may be on the line, isn't it?

Do middle class people live on the edge of the ocean. They certainly don't live on the mansions near the beach in the Los Angeles area.
