I don't doubt that Rick Scott finally found a way out of politics with his push to raise taxes on the Middle Class. But I don't see any downside for De Santis because there's a lot of prejudice in Florida and non of it is resonating with the latinos in Miami. It's like they figure they're in another country and can't be touched by the negativism.
