PS...Clinton - Obama - Biden -> Intelligent Presidents all that have barely kept this country together with no help from Republicans...for 30 years.

Of all of the Presidents in my lifetime, Bill can speak better than any of them. Obama is a close second, but Big Dawg just nails it every time.
