Early Voting in Ohio!

I voted today in Columbus Ohio. I stood in line for nearly 2 hours, longer than I expected, but it was a big turnout.
I think this is a good sign, and I also noticed the volunteers in the parking lot passing out Dem/Rep sample ballots. The guy handing out the Democratic ones was really busy and Republican group, not so much. Once I got inside it seemed like everyone was holding the Blue Democratic hand-out.

(that's my son in the foreground of the second photo...)

just north of Columbus proper. Very Red area, even in 2008. if you look at the map on the attached link, it's totally red. it went for McCain in 2008 by 59%...

When I voted a few weeks ago, I noticed everyone had the blue sample ballots and the trash can on the way out was full of them. Glad to see such a big turnout today, especially after hearing that True the Vote will be targeting three Clintonville precincts on Tuesday....and who knows where else.
