Waited in line for an hour. I am a nervous wreck I even took a blue Xanax 1mg. Waiting for it to kick in. Time to go to the Wheeling Island Casino to get my mind off it.

(66 posts)Red, red, red district. I voted for Obama. Guy working the scanner is telling people "I'm glad there are more Republican judges this time." Obviously making the seniors there very uncomfortable. Some were making comments about Obama being good but the "Congress doesn't do anything." I voted(line was about 10 minutes), told him on the way out he was breaking the law. Was nice to see some seniors in Southern Illinois seeming to be voting for Obama.

(506 posts)I just got back from voting across the river from you. I just might have to go to Wheeling Island too. No TV's in the casino area.

(19,964 posts)I had expected at least a small waiting line but the place was empty except for me and one other voter, and the parking lot was empty. Sheesh! I saw more traffic than this during the primaries! I have no idea what the hell this might mean.
