(1,107 posts)don't know if we will go blue, but it going to be much more purple than in 2008! Lot's of fundies who stayed home, dissed Ron Paul voters and new Dem. voters are going to make it close.

2. Joplin. The people in the 3rd largest most RW territory in the state got some love from the administration. They have just been reminded of the value of FEMA again.
3. There has been an economic\employment boon in that area because they have been rebuilding their infrastructure.
4. We have a popular Democratic Governor.
