For the record, Texas Republicans are pouting.

"My country has changed. The majority now want things given to them instead of working for it. People are jealous of success. I am very sad and worried about our country’s future and what we are leaving for our children."

"The voters have spoken. Welfare checks, food stamps and free cellphones are more important than freedom and opportunity. Oh yeah, let’s take down those rich people, too."

"It’s a sad day for America."

"I kinda agree so I have looked for 1 single thing that Obama and I might possibly have in common: Is it our love for the Constitution? No, he ignores that and uses unconfirmed Czars and executive orders to do what he pleases. Is it the love of Law? No, he arbitrarily decides not to enforce some and openly allows his administration to break others.. Is it love of the small businesses and individuals that made America great? NO, he derides them at every chance and will soon tax them into submission. Is it our religion? I don't know, he claims to believe in the God I worship but his administration has done everything in its power to hinder the Constitutionally guaranteed practice of that faith; he never goes to church; and he reserves his most reverent tone and comments for a false religion that stands directly opposed to all tenants of mine. Is it his common sense? NO, I can't say that any man who adds more trillions to the debt than any other president in 1/2 the time shows any common sense. So what is it?? "

"The only thing I can find is - he is 1/2 white, even though he denies that part of his heritage and claims affinity only with the black half. So we have 1/2 of a thing in common. Hardly enough to build a working relationship to save the country."

Love... readers of The Dallas Morning News.

Too stupid to even think for themselves, just regurgitate talking points.

They just can't come right out and say, "N****r".

But they really, really want to.

He had sent email about cutting spending and I suggested for him to give up his pension and health care to begin cutting expenses. His email told me he paid for his health insurance except he forgot the portion the government pays for him. Does he think we are do dumb, I would hope he could be honest or at least his staff members should be educated to the real truth. On his retirement he pays 1.2%, guess where the rest comes from.

No Lyndon Johnson.
No Bill Moyers.

Not to mention all of the fabulous DUers that have to live in this very red state.

If they championed Puerto Rican statehood, they would make strong inroads with Hispanic voters. But, their racism and hate will eventually win the day and they will cede that to Democrats too.

Here in San Antonio this morning driving to work I drove past this house that before the election had this giant billboard size Romney sign. Today it is covered with white paper with the words "Texas we tried"

I don't know what to do about this. They believe things that are simply untrue and no amount of talking will ever get them to change their minds.

They honestly believe this crap.

One of these ass-backward racists acknowledges that Obama's half white. I wondered why they, of all people, ignored that fact. I would have thought it should mean something to them that at least he isn't all black.
