I'd rather think about the Tax Cuts that needs changing.

I don't want to hear another "Extension of the Bush Tax Cuts".
Get rid of it, and create a replacement on it.

A patch for the AMT.
Let the Estate Tax go back to 2001 levels.
Capital Gains and Interest tax should rise.
Create new breaks on Education and Retirement savings.
