My first ever "Letter to my Rep"

Congratulations on your re election .You certainly had my vote,my mothers, daughters and as many friends as would listen. I'm contacting you about my concerns over the coming Fiscal...slope.I do not consider Social Security as just off the table, but as in another time zone. Why is it not screamed from the roof tops,"Not one red cent does it add to the debt?"Will my 401k be next?I see no difference except SS is much more efficient .I'm not ranting at you, but to you,and hopefully with you.I've seen your record and believe you actually work for the people. One of the good guys,if you will. This matter seems as symbolically important as it is financially. One inch given is a certain mile taken.I wish you all the strength needed to win this and other upcoming battles. And please remind your colleagues that they have gained our attention and we will "Have the backs" of those who fight the good fight for We The People. Your thankful constituent, Bob

What is my problem?
I guess I felt it just doesn't make a diff.I mean I've been paying attention
since W's anointment, but it all seemed so useless.Just one lonesome voice
tilting. Not a lot of activists out here in the sticks. But lately there's been a shift.
People are starting to pay attention.I'm feeling a lot of lonesome voices, realizing
they ain't so alone.Thanks D U folk for that.
But beyond that, out in my lil chunk of the world, they're starting to get it.
There is a war going on.They've been dropping mortars for 30 yrs, and we're just
putting our boots on.
