Protesters dress as clowns during KKK rally
Who’s sillier Neo Nazis or clowns? A protest in Charlotte North Carolina had both.
In response to an anti-immigration rally, many counter-protestors dressed as clowns.
As one protester put it, “We’re dressed like clowns and you’re the one that looks funny.’
While there’s nothing humorous about Neo Nazis and their message… there is something entertaining about sending in the clowns to drown out the hate.
Another protester stated, ‘Instead of meeting hate with hate we’re gonna meet hate with love.’
