He can ask, but can you imagine the uproar? He'd be judged more harshly than cheato for all the felonies he's credibly charged with combined.

He deserves an answer NOW. If anybody deserves an answer its the President of the United states TODAY! He's the one that has to deal with it.

... like it's a rabid skunk, which, on a certain level, it most definitely is.
It should be noted, however, that Congress DOES have the authority to spank the Supremes, excepting, of course, the three adults opposite the Sinister Six. All six of them are guilty of perjury for lying under oath.
NO conservatives even tangentially associated with J6 can be allowed to walk away without answering for their despicable treachery. None.

Joe has the full RIGHT to get involved. THIS court is just pussy footing around, and it IS affecting this country in an election year. Only ONE way to protect our democracy, and that's with an immediate decision. Edit to add that our country deserves an immediate decision because this is another Florida, Gore moment.

... I don't think he wants to give the South End of a Northbound Yak ANY ammunition to feed his false narrative of ELECTION INTERFERENCE!
There can be NO doubt that 2/3s of the Court is irredeemably corrupt, and that Alito has gone over the high side and into the rhubarb with his Unitary Executive horseshit. However, I agree with you 100% that they're stalling just to give Trump a chance to beat this rap, too, or at least to delay, delay, delay for as long as he can.
All we can do now is to hope for a Blue Tsunami in November that swamps the conservative swine and their despicable attempts to hamstring the vote, and even keep Biden off the ballot in some states. The Republicans are devoid of honor, but overflowing with malice and mendacity, and I will never apologize for my white-hot hatred of Der Party.

I have three F-35 fighters en route to your courthouse with Hellfire missiles to completely solve my Supreme Court problem.

But first, I need to know if I have unlimited immunity.

Yours truly,

President Brandon

But the USSC is under no obligation to honour it.

You have heard of separation of powers...right? They don't answer to him about when to make rulings. Their branch, their rules.
