18. Maybe, but not as much as it used to be.

As I remember, almost every post had a link to back up their positioning. When I would mention DU to anyone else, their first response was "they have a lot of links".

Now, I don't want to stifle creative argument, but I would prefer to see it based in fact rather than pure speculation.

DU is still one of the best forums, but I would wish that more of the posters would use sources to support their claims. In many cases, those sources are unreliable, which would lead me to believe that is why they are not used in the first place.

I am also concerned with those who use facts, but twist them to conform to their personal conclusions, which seldom benefit the Whole.
