MD Atty Gen'l says same sex couples can get marriage licenses starting Dec 6 and may plan . . . .

. . . . for weddings starting in January.

He wants to allow people enough time to plan, book venues for the events, and, generally, have the joy of all the excitement that leads up to a marriage.

In fact I believe there are some judges donating personal time to marry people on Dec 9th.
