Medicare should be allowed to negotiate drug prices. is this in any democrats' proposals?

that would save billions and negate the need to sell out to republicans on additional issues

even though the government steps in to control prices and conditions in many many contexts without the Repubs turning an eyelash--If helping American citizens gets in the way of graft gouging and profit, you can be sure it won't be given a second glance.
