Republican leadership refuses to let the House vote on a bill that has already passed the Senate and that the President has pledged to sign, preventing tax hikes for 98% of Americans.

I see. Okaaaay. No one had any excuse. Ya just didn't DO it. After all, sitting around whining on DU should just change things all by itself, right? I mean, we shouldn't have to actually DO anything or be activists or anything. Right? Things should just change 'cause WE SAID SO! Really! REALLY?!
