7. What happened before?

She says repeatedly that she courteously asked them to turn off the vehicle because she did not want to breathe the fumes. She is obviously not asking "courteously" when this takes place, so presumably she asked nicely before and they ignored her.

At the end the man's wife is telling the child how this is this is a bad person and "fat and ugly". She seems to be making an attempt to teach her child that "fat and ugly" people are evil. Between this and their refusal to turn off the truck, they appear to be really fucking self absorbed.

It is pretty easy to diss on the angry woman. But the folks recording this give all signs of being real slime.
