We need to get those huge magazines banned.

The kids were all shot multiple times with a long gun. However, limiting the size of the magazines for the damned thing would likely have limited the number of murdered children as stopping and reloading frequently would have given the cops more time to show up.

I hope that's the tack he takes. Then he can name names of congressmen who are trying to block such legislation so we can start to shame them and hound them out of office.

As long as the country keeps its sick love affair with guns, we're going to face people who go off the rails and commit mass murder. What we need is to slow them down as much as we can.
