Last night that we will have police officers at each elementary school starting today. Since no laws can change overnight this is a solution for now.

middle schools... The highschools already have metal detectors and guards for a number of years now.

As I drove to work this morning, along the NY/CT border just south of Newtown, I passed a car with CT plates whose bumper sticker read: "T"axed "E"nough "A"lready.

Nice. You think that guy wants to pay higher taxes for more police officers? Or does he expect the officers we already have to do this job without pay, out of some moral imperative?
