like the one to repeal prohibitions. I'll leave the method to the legal eagles.
But, we need to better define the type of weapons in the public domain, the place of storage (maybe in public gun lockers), limits on purchase/ownership of guns per person, and the capacity of gun loads (maybe only single shot weapons).
Amend the amendment.

There is a snowballs chance in hell of getting a new AWB and you want to amend the constitution?

Pretty much anything short of a full ban a la DC and Chicago is OK.

of a new second Amendment would be one that couldn't be posted in civilized places. It would have to do exactly where to store the guns.
