Kinder Eggs have been sold in many countries for decades.

I remember getting boxes of Cracker Jacks with small toys inside when I was a kid. I'm lucky to be alive.

Kinder Eggs are too big to put into your mouth. They're about the size of an average chicken egg. The plastic shell inside is also pretty big. Nobody's going to just bite down and wind up with a piece of plastic inside their mouth.
