But then again, some conservatives are too ignorant to get that these terms are not at all mutually exclusive, and not only that, but sometimes they actually do go hand-in-hand, quite well!

would have resulted in both Ingraham and O'Reilly rising only to their level of incompetence, meaning they'd never be massaging each other's egos on a national cable network. He'd be in the mailroom and she'd be a file clerk.
