On edit: A little more research revealed that 364.163 is the classification for 'Fraud'...that's more precise than 'True Crime' (364.1523) that was my original classification.

(2,888 posts)I'd vote for 'True Crime' since multiple crimes were committed, including fraud. Well, unless you're speaking of him personally, as in a biography -- "Lance: A Fraud".
