This organization is really phenomenal. A simple chance timing, like this email, when I just finished mopping my happy tears, does make me feel like a valued member of a very big family.

3. Me too...

Well, the signature line suggested that he might not have sent a personal email to every supporter...but still a nice touch.

The Obama organization REALLY knows how to use social media. This expertise will become more and more critical in future political campaigns. The Republican reliance on shouting and occasional smoke signals is one of the things that makes me think the country might survive into the next century.
