Why does MSNBC bother running the parade?

If everyone is just going to scream and yell over it, babbling for the zillionth time "their take" about Obama's legacy, place in history, second term....

Shit, so glad to turn to CSpan, thankfully they aren't taking calls for the usual wingnuts.

Some rule along the lines of "unless there's an important speech you can't stay silent for more than three seconds," or something similarly precise and ridiculous.
