1. That is an oddly compelling photo

All sorts of thoughts come to mind.

1) they should leave that there as an art installation
2) good thing he was going as fast as he was
3) that's what happens when you try to drive down the stairs
4) maybe one of the arrow-painters in the parking structure was having a good/bad day

Always, in photos like these, I find myself very curious about where the car/boat/etc came from, how many obstacles had to be overcome to get into the weird position.

5. Elderly looking. Pro'ly put his foot on the gas rather than the accelerator.

What's impressive is that the car was going fast enough to apparently jumped the 30" minimum of concrete barrier that is usually in place in most parking structures to get stuck between the garage and the outside of the building.

Considering I recognize the location as the new office of the baby kidlet's pediatrition down in the lower level of the picture, I'm a more than a bit nervous about the new location. I'm going to see if she's at another location.
