To detect rascism in a Obama hating Republican wait for the phrase "It is not because he is Black".

This occurs 100% of the time based on my experience when the direct subject is Barak Obama. When confronted that you do consider them to be rascist, denial of rascism increases. I have used this tactic several times just to lure them out of their hole after scaring them back into their non rascist Obama retreat say this with a straight face; "Yeah Obama really favors African Americans". After that point you have got them and in my case at least since I am white, they will say what they really feel. My suspicion is that that this will work on any Obama hating Republican and could be used to lure them out in the open by anyone White, Hispanic, Asian, Native American and should work if you are African American. The more you hint that you may disagree with Obama the more comfortable they become and at ease to express their true selves. In my case the Obama postcard on my refrigerator may be a serious put off I intend to take it off next time just for fun.

in the way it is so irrationally justified and carried out, discloses racist motives clearly.
I've heard these older, white Republicans, time and again, say "I'll never, ever deal with Obama."
And you know, just by the tone of voice, that they're voicing racial hatred.
