FYI... when we as a country spend 3% of our taxes on education, and only 1% on science, is it any wonder that we're falling behind the rest of the world?

I would love if my tax forms had a place where I could allocate where my tax dollars are spent. Each taxpayer could vote with their dollars what programs are worth having. That would be democracy in its purest form.
