. . . . . those repubicans are.
They obstruct and whine and connive and get the sequester passed. Quite simply, they were hellbent to do it and could not have cared less about the consequences.
So now, it is up to the administration to make the mandate cuts. One of them was to the Border Patrol. Jan Brewer and Joe Arpaio are apoplectic.
"Obama is cutting border protection."
