(34,589 posts)1. Ah, the Third Way has woken up
We'll have a crypto-Republican who'll lose to McConnell instead, if they have their way.

(42,766 posts)3. So funny that they want to use "liberal" as a pejorative.
Most credible media outlets got over that long ago.

(45,851 posts)5. Yes, they even think Fox News is against them
The GOP has long since parted ways with "the reality based community".
The aide said that guys like me were "in what we call the reality-based community," which he defined as people who "believe that solutions emerge from your judicious study of discernible reality." ... "That's not the way the world really works anymore," he continued. "We're an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you're studying that realityjudiciously, as you willwe'll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that's how things will sort out. We're history's actors
and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do."

(20,166 posts)8. I missed this, but I was sickened by their election coverage
Breathlessly pushing the "it's too close to call" and the "Romney is surging in the polls" bullshit.
I don't know the name of the reporter who covered the election, but she should've lost her job (she didn't)...but then I think, well, I guess she actually was doing her job.
