Susan G. Komen's VP Indicates Her Real Motives In Awful Twitter Retweet

Karen Handel, a former GOP candidate who ran on a pro-life platform, shows her true colors. She just happens to be Susan G. Komen’s Vice President of Public Policy now.

Planned Parenthood offers cancer screenings as a significant portion of its services. Taking away funding for those services leaves not only Planned Parenthood vulnerable, but the women who rely on them. Susan G. Komen’s official story is that the defunding is non-political, but what their Vice President retweeted tells a different story. Share this if you think so, too.

And Brinker, her SISTER, created the Foundation to honor her memory, and help stop breast cancer.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Susan_G._Komen

Susan Goodman, later Susan Goodman Komen, was born in 1943 in Peoria, Illinois. She was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 33. She died of the disease at age 36 in 1980. Komen's younger sister, Republican Ambassador Nancy Goodman Brinker, who believed that Susan's outcome might have been better if patients knew more about cancer and its treatment, promised her sister that she would do everything she could to end breast cancer. To fulfill that promise, Brinker founded the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in Komen's memory in 1982

I deliver my annual UW contribution to PP using this convenient payroll deduction method and supplement it with other donations. I made an additional contribution when the fight with Indiana threatened PP funding and will do so again now that SGK has terminated funding. I have never contributed to the SGK organization so I can't terminate any donations but I'm sure many will. How did they not understand their position on this would cost them dearly from both a financial and reputational perspective. They start this damn fight and then accuse PP of making political hay out of it. What idiots.

It won't even take a backtrack. A few months down the road when the foundation gets assistance from any company that doesn't openly hate women, gays, and birth control Fox will do a "story" that exposes it, and that lot will lose their minds and abandon them immediately. Even if it's just a rumor or completely nonsensical, the effect will be the same.

They don't care about neither women nor fetuses. That's all bullshit. They care about their own souls, and think their god will be mad at them if they don't fight for his supposed cause.
