We need a gutsy Texas prosecutor to go after the owner of the fertilizer company

Texas has a very broad felony murder doctrine. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felony_murder_rule_%28Texas%29

At some point they had to have committed a felony in regards to storing that much fertilizer without letting homeland security know and now someone is dead. This is totally forseeable. If Texas can, and rest assured Texas does, execute people who merely drove a person to a store with a person who ends up robbing it causing a death. Then Texas can, and should, put the owner of that company in prison for the rest of his natural life.
