On the eve of Missouris presidential primary, a Democratic candidate accused KYTV of breaking federal law by not airing a political advertisement depicting aborted fetuses during the Super Bowl.
Randall Terry, an anti-abortion activist from West Virginia, is challenging President Obama for the partys nomination. Terry purchased air time on several NBC affiliates in the state.
At least two stations, including KYTV, refused to show the spot.
