I just sat through an hour and a half of listening to "Christian Legislators" arguing that Marriage Equality in Washington State should not happen because it would somehow interfere with their "Christian" rights and that we live in a "Christian Nation". Now, I have to wait and see if these "Christians" can get enough signatures to put a referendum on the ballot in November. If they can, then I have to watch those same "Christians" vote on my civil rights once again. No, people aren't being forced to go to church, but we are being forced to live by someone else's religion.

and want to use our government to do it. THIS is why the founding fathers believed in a Separation of Church and State. They saw first hand how religions poison governments and become oppressive tools for the rich and powerful sociopaths.

However, they won't be able to dictate that shit to OTHER people, not if they want to run a state-licensed insurance system.

than worry about how the hairless apes of planet Earth are screwing.

Indeed.

Know what's even more childish?

Worrying about what other people do with their bodies.

The war on reproductive choice is going to lose, Jack. You are MASSIVELY outnumbered. Find a new hobby.

Buy a rubber, take some pills, knock yourself out.
I realize now that you operate on imaginary scenarios, that explains a lot.
YOU using birth control is an excellent idea, continue to do so. If you haven't, you're a hypocrite.
Now type the F-word again, because you're so tough and edgy.
I'm going to go do something else now, you've gotten boring.
Maybe you should get off the computer, go out and get some night air.
Oh, and try not to flail around in public, you'll never get laid, except maybe by someone even less choosy than you.

Sorry, Fucking classic.

(Jury: Please note this hidden thread as well as this subsequent post before passing judgment, here. As for my foul-mouthed sailor language, I throw myself on the mercy of the court)

There it is. "Fucking".

Speaking of which, errrrrr....happily married, here. With kids. How that makes me a "hypocrite", I'm not really clear on-the-logical-line-ya-took-ta-get-to-that-point, man, but, whatever.

And speaking of flailing.
